1967
The First Kitchen Opens
Michael Valerio opens the original Papa Ginos location in Raynham, MA. Serving just six tables, the restaurant quickly develops a loyal following for its hand-crafted recipes and generous portions.
1975
Expansion Across Massachusetts
Demand grows beyond a single kitchen. Papa Ginos opens five more locations across Massachusetts, each staffed by local teams trained in the original recipes and service philosophy.
1988
Catering & Events Launch
Responding to community requests, Papa Ginos launches its catering division. Within two years, the catering arm becomes one of the most popular event food services in the region.
1999
papaginos.com Goes Live
Papa Ginos becomes one of the first regional restaurant chains to launch online ordering. The new platform makes it easier than ever for guests to enjoy their favorite meals at home.
2010
Farm-to-Table Initiative
Papa Ginos formalizes its commitment to local sourcing with a farm-to-table program, partnering with regional farms across New England to supply fresh, seasonal ingredients year-round.
